Our wardrobes are covered by a 10- year warranty covering hardware and glass failure. For example, if the glass has an imperfection that cannot be removed when cleaning this could be a glass defect. If the doors have failed through any material defects or poor workmanship from manufacture please contact us. Installation defects will not be covered in the warranty, as we do not offer an installation service. Improper handling, scratched glass, broken glass, any post installation panel adjustment due to settling including soft close issue. Overloading of shelves and interiors, impact from foreign objects, acts of God are not covered in the warranty. 

As our wardrobe doors are made to measure, we would not be able to offer you a refund if the doors match the specification and measurements you provided us with. For example, if the doors do not fit due to a mis-measure by yourself.

Products that have been cut down and prepared by yourself for installation or previously fitted would not be accepted for return or refund. 

Damaged on Delivery

If an item is damaged on delivery, please refuse the damaged item. The delivery company will then wrap the item as best they can and return it to ourselves. We would then ask for you to send us an email along with your order number. We would then arrange for a replacement item to be sent free of charge. If you decide to accept the damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence sent to us via email. We would then require the item to be returned to us at your own cost. If the guidelines have been met, we will arrange to replace the item in the shortest time possible. Where customer damages are identified after the goods are accepted, we will either send out the replacement components or items at cost as part of our aftercare policy.

Amending an Order

If you would like to amend an order, please contact us within 24 hours. As most of our products are ‘made to order’ production will begin as soon as the order has been confirmed. Due to this some changes may not be possible once the order has been confirmed. 

If it is possible, we would then contact you about any changes. For example, change in price, measurement size, delivery or anything else that has been affected by the amendment. We would then ask you to confirm that you are happy to go ahead with the order changes.
