These terms explain every aspect of our business, from who we are to what you do if you have a problem. By using our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Our Contract With You
Once an order has been placed by yourself, you will receive a confirmation of order email. Once you have received this email confirmation, this is the start of our contract with you.
You will be allocated an order number when your order has been confirmed. The order number will help us find your order if you need to contact us.
If an order is out of stock, cannot be fulfilled or accepted for any reason, you will be notified within 48 hours from order placed.
Please note we only sell products in the UK.
Products
Our products may vary slightly from the pictures/images on our website. The colours may look different in person to the colours on screen, this is due to the screen configurations. Before ordering we do recommend ordering samples as this will give you a true feel of the product and colours. These samples are free and will not cost you anything.
As we are making our products to the measurements you have given, please take great care in making sure the measurements are accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. You will be able to find a ‘How to Measure’ guide on our website.
Please note that any technical data sheets on our website is for information purposes only. We reserve the right to make any permanent changes to these specifications at any time without notice. These changes will not affect the products, these will just be updated to make them easier to understand when installing the products.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you would like to amend an order, please contact us within 24 hours. As most of our products are ‘made to order’ production will begin as soon as the order has been confirmed. Due to this some changes may not be possible once the order has been confirmed.
If it is possible, we would then contact you about any changes. For example, change in price, measurement size, delivery or anything else that has been affected by the amendment. We would then ask you to confirm that you are happy to go ahead with the order changes.
If you would like to cancel an order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can do this by emailing info@hangersat.com.
Prices
The price for our products are shown on the ‘Start My Journey’ pages. If you were to order, the full price would be indicated in your basket and on your order. The price includes VAT (at 20%), Delivery and Packaging. Please note that the price does not include insurance or installation. All of our orders are supplied on a supply only service. We do not offer an installation service.
Terms of Sale
When placing an order with us you must have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank accepted by us. When placing an order with us, you must be the authorized user of the credit or debit card. All details must be accurate and true. With the sufficient funds to be able to pay for the order.
We accept payment made with most major credit and debit card companies. You will be charged for the products in full when you order them.
Please note that the prices advertised on our website are subject to change at the seller’s discretion.
Listing Errors
If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, Hangers reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. If your account has already been charged we will contact you and issue you with a full refund.
Information Accuracy
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is current, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
Delivery
You will receive your order 15 working days after order confirmation. Delivery will be direct to your door, please bear in mind that some items are heavy and will require 2 persons to lift.
Please find breakdown of delivery journey:
- Once you’ve selected the products and they are in ‘Your Cart’ you will have to select a delivery date from our live calendar diary. The dates available to you will depend on your postcode area and will be at least 15 working days from your order date.
- You will then receive an order confirmation to your email.
- If no changes are made to order, your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 5.00pm on the requested date.
- If you are not at home on the date of delivery the products will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to email info@hangersat.com to re-arrange your delivery. Please note that this will be charged at a rate of £225.00.

Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect all goods upon delivery. All goods will need to be checked thoroughly against the delivery note before signing. Please look for obvious signs of damage or missing products. If there is any sign of damage to the product or packaging, please refuse the damaged item. The delivery company will then wrap the item as best they can and return it to ourselves. We would then ask for you to send us an email along with your order number. We would then arrange for a replacement item to be sent. If you decide to accept the damaged goods, we will require photographic evidence sent to us via email info@hangersat.com. Please let us know if anything is damaged within 48 hours. We would then require the item to be returned to us at your own cost. If the guidelines have been met, we will arrange to replace the item in the shortest time possible. Defects & Returns

Returns Policy
Returns and cancellations are not accepted on made-to-measure doorsets and tracksets after production has begun due to the custom manufacturing involved. It is the responsibly of the customer to check the sizes before the order is placed. We would not be able to offer you a refund if the doors match the specification and measurements you provided us with.
Products that have been cut down and prepared by yourself for installation or previously fitted will not be accepted for return or refund.
Warranty
The wardrobes are covered by a 10-year warranty covering hardware and glass failure.
If your doors fail through any material defects or poor workmanship from manufacture then we would require photographic evidence.
Installation defects will not be covered in the warranty, as we do not offer an installation service.
Maintenance
The tracks and frames can be cleaned with any silicone- based polish. This polish can also be used to lubricate the running gear periodically. Build up of dust and debris must not be allowed to form in the bottom track. Care must be taken to avoid interior overload and stored items to not snag the back of the door or sliding gear. The glass can be cleaned with any household glass cleaner. Do NOT use any solvents on the Aluminium Range.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
